Khanmodi’s was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Was in town for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect location. Close to restaurants and the field. Would recommend and book again.

Everything the perfect. The house was immaculate, the perfect size, close to an incredible pizza place called Dalli's, which has a cool local bar with live music right next door. A added benefit is the white noise machines in the bedrooms. All in all, this place was exactly what we needed!

We enjoyed KhanModi’s place quite a bit. It was an exhausting trip for us and the house was perfect. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. I had one occasion to reach out with a question. It was answered immediately. This will be the first place that we look at when planning a trip to the area in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The host left a welcome note and snacks for our arrival. All the amenities mentioned were available in good condition. Nice, quiet, older neighborhood. We were close to all of the areas we needed to access in Lake Mary but in a peaceful neighborhood setting across from an elementary school. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable. Has everything you need. Located on a quiet street close to everything you need. Tastefully decorated with sweet personal touches around like sleepy sound machines, cables to charge your devices and yummy snacks. You will not got wrong with this air bnb!

It was the perfect place to stay while in town for work. It was such a cute little cottage in the perfect spot in the block. Neighbors were friendly and quiet and the elementary school across the way was never a concern of noise or privacy at all. I would highly recommend for a quaint getaway.
